The World of Orth: King Thugmar

Thugmar is the king of the Nelgomaks. He is the owner of the Mask of Zannon, a powerful artifact made from the face of Zannon himself. The mask lets the wearer exist only half in their present reality; the other half goes 'beyond.' Thugmar essentially has each of his feet in a different dimension. What would this allow him to do?
